Berridale Pets Holiday Lodge charge a full ‘per calendar day’
rate for the day of admission, regardless of the time of admission.
Berridale Pets Holiday Lodge generally discount the ‘per calendar day’
fee for the day the pet is collected, if collection is made before midday,
but reserve the right to charge ‘per calendar day’ rate without
explanation. Single night stays will be charged on ‘per calendar day’
basis, as an overnight stay is charged as a minimum of two days.
Short-term day boarding is charged at the full ‘per calendar day’
rate, regardless of the animal occupancy time for the day.
Special rates apply to the boarding of very young or very old animals, and to animals requiring special attention.
Berridale Pets Holiday Lodge reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal at their own discretion and without any explanation.
